Shipping Information

As of now I only ship to Swedish addresses. Your product is shipped as soon as possible using PostNord. It should then arrive 1-2 business days after it’s been shipped. Shipping cost: 63kr which includes proper packaging for your new print.

I know that no one really likes waiting for a product so I’ll always do my very best to make it as fast as possible. Bear in mind that I do work alone so it could take a couple of extra days before your order gets shipped during holidays or other special circumstances.

Returns & refunds

For me my customers are my number one priority so I offer a full refund of your print within 30 days if you changed your mind. Remember that the product needs to be unused and looking brand new for the refund to be processed. Keep in mind that you are also responsible for the return cost and to make sure the product arrives safely.

Once I’ve received the order I’ll process a refund within 7 days to get your money back. Click here to contact me and I’ll be happy to help you setup the return.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use your credit card or PayPal account. Just click order and enter your credit card information as usual. Fast, easy and secure!

Even though you are using the PayPal portal to pay using your credit card there’s no need for a PayPal account.

Privacy policy

The personal data you enter will only be used to process your order and support your experience throughout the checkout process. Other than that I never store any personal data on the server. The private information gathered during checkout will be under no circumstances shared to any third parties and is safely stored using high level encryption protocols.

Where can I buy a frame for my prints?

You can find really good looking frames at bgafotobutik.se. They have a wide selection of A4 and A3 frames for a perfect fit with my prints.
